Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Drafted app and the draftedapp.co.uk website, both operated by Agile Cookies Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Drafted you agree to these terms.

The service

Drafted is an AI writing tool for self-employed UK tradespeople. It helps you generate professional messages, quotes, invoices, adverts, contracts and review responses.

Plans and pricing

• Free, without an account: 5 AI messages per month, on the communication tools (message rewriter, lead replies, review replies).
• Free, with an account: 10 AI messages per month, on the same communication tools.
• The money tools — quotes, invoices, contracts and payment chasers — require a free trial or a paid plan.
• Pro and Business are paid subscriptions, available monthly or annually, billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play:
  • Pro — £9.99/month, or £99.99/year (2 months free)
  • Business — £19.99/month, or £199.99/year (2 months free)
  The annual plans use the same 3-day free trial and auto-renewal terms as the monthly plans.
• Prices include VAT for UK customers. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Free trial, billing and auto-renewal

• Pro and Business include a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and billing begins at the end of the 3-day trial.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Each renewal is charged at the then-current price for your plan.
• You can manage your subscription, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel at any time in your device’s store subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your phone’s subscription settings. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google according to their store policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Drafted to:

• Send spam, harass other people, or impersonate others.
• Generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent or defamatory.
• Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you generate using Drafted. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to train third-party models.

Liability

Drafted produces drafts that you should review before sending or signing. We do not provide legal, financial or professional advice and we are not liable for outcomes from messages, quotes, invoices or contracts you send.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. We’ll do this in good faith and give you a chance to put it right where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
