- Account details: email address and (optionally) name and trade.
- Subscription billing data, processed by RevenueCat / Apple / Google. We do not store full card details.
- Usage data: feature interactions and crash reports, aggregated and anonymous.
- Content you generate: messages, quotes and invoices remain on your device unless you choose to back them up.
How we use it
We use the data we collect to:
- Operate the app, the website and your subscription.
- Improve product features and fix bugs.
- Reply to your support enquiries when you contact hi@draftedapp.co.uk.
- Send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account changes).
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data, customer lists or message content. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
